QA/QC Introduction

(1).Our quality control department execute strict total quality management,including vendor quality assurance,in-process quality control,outgoing quality control,environment management.
(2).The department must feedback the real-time status of the current production line and find out the reasons of the production problem.
(3).Our technical department must put forward the settlement of the problem discoveried by the quality control department.And must set up a preventive measures for future quality improvement.
(4).The technical department should also inform the engineering dept the improved files.

Our factory has a full quality control processes:
(1).Control the quality of the material,finished by IQC.
(2).Control the quality of the production line and the finished product quality,executed by TQC staff.
(3).We have set up project management(PM)to offer the better service for the important customers.This task always is completed by project manager.Especially,some our big real-estate project,need the project manager set up a professional management processes,to control the quality,the function and the maintenance and execute the customer's requirements.

Most of our material are from our long-term corperated vendors.And We have Joint Quality Engineer to control the material quality.
